Procurement Manager

• Competitive Salary and Benefits Package • Strong Career Development and Advancement Opportunities • Positive and Collaborative Working Environment As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for medical and non-medical supplies, including medications, PPE, food and equipment. • Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing and terms to secure competitive deals. • Ensure timely supply of essential items and oversee inventory control to prevent shortages or overstocking. • Monitor supplier performance, maintain vendor relationships and resolve delivery or quality issues. • Ensure procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations and internal policies, maintaining proper documentation for audits. • Manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality of care. • Prepare procurement reports and conduct regular stock audits. • Oversee front office operations, including call enquiries and visitor management. • Ensure operations staff are properly trained and competent in carrying out their duties. • Work closely with nursing, finance and operations teams to support procurement planning and daily operational needs. • Support urgent procurement requirements and participate in special projects, including contract management and business development. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline. • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
