💊 Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain and update accurate clinical documentation and patient medical records
Assist with medication prescriptions and related clinical processes within authorised professional scope
Ensure proper documentation of patient consultations, medical histories and treatment plans
Support daily clinical operations and administrative processes
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, confidentiality requirements and professional standards
🎯 Job Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and professional registration for duties involving medical prescribing
Prior experience in healthcare, clinical documentation or similar clinical functions preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology, patient records and prescription procedures
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
Able to commit to a 4-month contract
