Marketing Communications Executive (Brand Health Reporting, Campaign Support, Marketing Operations) #HDC1

A well-established national organisation is looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to support its branding and marketing operations. You will help coordinate reporting, campaigns and events that strengthen the brand. What You'll Be Doing • Support the preparation of brand health reports, including data consolidation and coordination of reporting timelines • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on collaterals, content and deliverables • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers and campaign documentation • Support social media, website and email content updates • Compile campaign performance data and prepare summaries for the team • Manage marketing materials, approvals and inventory • Process vendor quotations, purchase requests and payments • Prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team What You'll Bring • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline and above • Prior marketing, communications or administrative experience is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Meticulous with strong organisational and coordination skills • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Proactive, dependable and a good team player • Available to commit for the full term of the assignment What's In It For You • Office hours, Monday to Friday • Exposure to branding and marketing operations • Accessible location near MRT Interested?
