WE ARE HIRING! Retail Sales Consultant The Mattress Boutique 💰 Potential Monthly Earnings: S$4,000 – S$6,000+ Inclusive of Basic Salary, Sales Commissions & Incentives We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our retail sales team! Job Requirements: • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only • Well-groomed, presentable and professional • Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin • Good written English communication skills • Computer literate • Sales-driven with a strong customer service mindset • Friendly, responsible and a good team player • Retail sales experience in furniture, mattresses or bedding is preferred but not essential • Ability to work across multiple showroom locations is an added advantage (negotiable) • Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge Job Responsibilities: • Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs • Recommend suitable mattresses and bedding products • Provide professional product advice and excellent customer service • Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities • Provide after-sales service, including addressing customer enquiries, concerns and service requests • Handle sales transactions and basic administrative duties • Maintain showroom presentation and cleanliness • Work towards individual and team sales targets Working Hours & Environment: • 6-day work week • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Mandarin-speaking working environment • Friendly and supportive team What We Offer: • Attractive sales commissions and incentives • Opportunity to earn above S$6,000 with strong sales performance • Comprehensive product training • Career development opportunities Work Locations: 📍 Paya Lebar | Jurong East | Sembawang Work location arrangements are negotiable.
