Sales Administrator (Maid Agency)

About Able Best Able Best Employment Agency has helped Singapore families find suitable migrant domestic workers since 2003. We’re looking for an organised, reliable Sales Administrator to keep our sales team running smoothly. What you’ll do • Handle customer calls, walk-ins and WhatsApp enquiries, and pass them to the right consultant • Schedule interviews and appointments, and follow up with customers • Enter and update customer and case records accurately in our CRM (Airtable) • Prepare and organise biodata, documents, forms and PDFs • Keep case files in Google Drive in order • Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination What we’re looking for • Organised, careful and strong on detail • Friendly and patient with customers • Good English. Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Burmese or Tagalog is a plus • Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, PDFs and basic Word and Excel, or Google Docs and Sheets.
