Contract Execution Engineer (Power Generation Projects, Hybrid Work) #HCG

A global leader in power generation solutions is looking for an Execution Engineer to drive engineering delivery for power generation projects, from order award through installation, testing and Integrated Systems Testing (IST). Based in Singapore with regional project exposure across APAC, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement. What You'll Be Doing • Execute engineering activities across the project lifecycle, from order execution to Integrated Systems Testing (IST) • Prepare and submit engineering drawings and technical documentation to customers • Develop Factory Witness Test (FWT) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation and test scripts • Ensure balance of plant (BOP) engineering scope meets contractual and customer requirements • Verify engineering scope with suppliers and manage approved deviations • Coordinate with Application Engineers, project teams and suppliers throughout execution • Attend customer meetings and track outstanding engineering action items • Support punch list closure after FAT and document lessons learned • Follow up with suppliers on technical drawings, datasheets and quotations • Update and amend engineering drawings using AutoCAD where necessary • Support regional installation, site supervision, troubleshooting and commissioning activities • Provide technical support during testing and customer acceptance What You'll Bring • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and above • At least 3 years of experience in power generation, diesel or gas engines, gensets or related engineering projects • Hands-on experience in project execution, site installation, supervision or commissioning • Knowledge of electrical power systems and genset control systems • Familiarity with engineering calculations for gensets and power systems • Knowledge of switchgear and electrical power protection is an advantage • Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage • Customer-focused, able to manage stakeholders and suppliers effectively • Able to work independently and as part of a project team • Able to travel within APAC for project execution and commissioning What's In It For You • Hybrid work arrangement • Project completion bonus • 14 days annual leave • Medical benefits • Regional project exposure across APAC Interested?
