Product Engineer / Specialist (Microscope / Biomedical)

Job Description • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify technology trends. • Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and portfolio plans. • Translate customer and market needs into product requirements and sales forecasts. • Provide technical expertise in optical microscopy systems, including Confocal, TIRF, and Super-Resolution. • Recommend system configurations based on customer applications and requirements. • Validate product performance, configurations, and technical specifications. • Support sales activities through product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. • Provide technical support to sales teams to strengthen product positioning and customer satisfaction. • Conduct product and application training for internal teams and distributors. • Develop training materials and technical documentation. • Collaborate with HQ, factories, regional sales, planning, and service teams to align product strategies with market needs. • Gather customer and KOL feedback to support product improvements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Optics, Physics, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a technical or scientific field. • Good understanding of optical microscopy systems and applications. • Ability to manage multiple projects and product lifecycle activities. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills. • Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work with regional and global teams.
