Job Summary The Network Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the organization’s network infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting network issues, assisting in projects and infrastructure upgrades, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable and secure network operations. Key Responsibilities · Assist in network projects, infrastructure improvements, and configuration changes. · Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide network-related services across the organization. · Troubleshoot issues related to routing, switching, and wireless connectivity. · Coordinate and follow up with vendors and Telcos for network-related support and escalations. · Perform hands-on configuration, installation, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, wireless controllers). · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP). · Perform IOS upgrades and firmware updates on routers and switches. · Support and manage basic IP Telephony systems, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and VoIP configurations. · Monitor network performance and validate alerts using monitoring tools. · Escalate WAN-related incidents to service providers and ensure timely resolution. · Ensure all network incidents and service requests are resolved · Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor Interested applicants please send your resume to venessagoh@recruitexpress.com.sg Venessa Goh Wee Ni R24124686 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
