Patient Service Officer @ West (Up to $2.6k, 1y Contract) #HFT

Working Hours: • Weekdays: 11:30am – 9:00pm • Weekends: 9:00am – 5:30pm • Wednesday and Public Holidays: Off • 5-day work week with 2 rest days per week (rostered) • 44 hours per week Job Responsibilities • Handle patient registration and verify patients' personal particulars and supporting documents. • Review and check patient medical history and relevant information. • Ensure patient records and registration details are accurate and complete. • Assist patients with registration enquiries and provide frontline service support. • Support daily clinic operations and other administrative duties as required. Job Requirements • Previous experience as a Patient Service Officer (PSO), Healthcare Assistant (HCA) or in a healthcare setting is preferred. Must have full vaccination records for the following: • Tdap • MMR • Chickenpox (Varicella) • Hepatitis B Training & Deployment • All staff are required to undergo training and assessment. • Training duration is approximately 8 weeks for Registration and Pre-dispatch roles. • Training is paid. • Candidates must pass the assessment upon completion of training.
