Temp Guest Service Officer (2-Month Contract) #HYN

An immediate opportunity for a customer-oriented individual to join a hospitality team supporting the daily operations of a serviced residence. Suitable for candidates with experience in front desk operations, guest services or customer service. Job Responsibilities • Attend to residents' enquiries, requests and feedback professionally. • Handle guests' check-in and check-out procedures. • Perform guest registration and maintain accurate resident records. • Provide front desk and reception support for daily operations. • Assist residents with general enquiries and service requests. • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a pleasant guest experience. • Handle administrative duties relating to guest services. • Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations. Who Should Apply? • Individuals with a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset. • Candidates who enjoy interacting with people and providing hospitality services. • Those who are comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Requirements • Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, reception or customer service will be advantageous. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Service-oriented, responsible and approachable. • Comfortable with rotating shifts, including overnight shifts. • Able to commit to an immediate start and a 2-month contract.
