A public healthcare organisation is looking for Finance Associate Executives to support its finance team. You will handle accounts receivable, general ledger and reporting duties across costing and management accounting. What You'll Be Doing • Assist with finance functions in financial, costing and management accounting • Perform accounts receivable duties, including billing, collections and follow-up • Prepare general ledger entries, journals and reconciliation schedules • Prepare schedules and reports for internal and external parties • Support corporate governance matters and documentation • Work closely with other departments on finance-related matters • Support month-end and year-end closing activities • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents • Respond to finance-related queries • Support ad hoc finance projects as assigned What You'll Bring • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline and above • Prior accounting or finance experience or internship exposure is an advantage • Knowledge of accounts receivable and general ledger processes • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office • Meticulous with strong attention to detail • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Able to meet deadlines • Team player with a positive attitude What's In It For You • Office hours, Monday to Friday • Exposure to public healthcare finance • Accessible central location near MRT Interested?
