Tenders & Costing Executive

Job Description: • Review tender documents, technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ), and calculate lighting quantities based on project drawings. • Obtain and assess quotations from local and international suppliers, comparing pricing and evaluating alternative products or equivalent solutions. • Develop cost estimates, pricing breakdowns, quotations, and tender proposals, including the preparation of product datasheets, compliance schedules, and relevant supporting documentation. • Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and submitted within the required deadlines and in accordance with tender specifications. • Recommend cost-effective alternatives and value-engineering solutions to align with customers’ budgets and project requirements. • Follow up on submitted quotations, address tender queries and clarifications, and maintain tender records, including successful and unsuccessful bid outcomes. • Coordinate the handover of awarded projects to the project team, ensuring clear communication of the approved budget, pricing details, and scope of work.
