Engineering Lead (SRE)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering lead to lead team of developers to automate SRE functins. The team builds and evolves internal platforms that automate operational processes, improve service reliability, and deliver self-service capabilities for internal users. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, and SRE. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, establishing engineering standards and driving technical excellence. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure applications and internal platform services. • Design and implement SRE solutions and reusable frameworks that eliminate manual toil and enable self-service capabilities. • Support OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and private cloud environments, driving observability, monitoring, performance, and reliability. Reqiurements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience. • Strong full-stack development experience with hands-on Angular and Django, plus APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications. • Proven experience leading engineering teams or major technical initiatives, with strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery practices. • Hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Kubernetes, private cloud, and monitoring/observability and reliability engineering.
