We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team on this amazing journey. The role We are seeking someone with a passion for building a career in the food and service industry. Who we are looking for • You are passionate about delivering excellent service with a genuine smile. • You are eager to learn and welcome guidance from your supervisors. • You are proactive and methodical, from greeting and seating guests to taking orders. • You have good upselling skills, recommending dishes, drinks and add-ons that enhance the guest’s meal. • You pay attention to detail and take pride in high standards. • You are a team player who steps up to support colleagues. • You communicate well with guests and with both the service and kitchen teams. Requirements • At least two years of restaurant serving experience (preferred). • Able to commit to regular shifts, including weekends and public holidays, for a minimum of 4 days a week. • Comfortable use of digital tools such as POS and ordering systems. • Able to take reservations and group bookings, and to assist with delivery platform orders (Grab, foodpanda, Oddle).
