Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer Job Description Drive growth and master project cost estimation as a key member of our engineering team in Kampong Ubi. Key Responsibilities • Assist in analyzing tender documents, drawings, and project specifications to support cost estimation for ACMV and sanitary systems. • Support site briefings, surveys, and basic data collection to understand project requirements. • Source and compile quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for comparison and evaluation. • Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), costing summaries, and tender submissions. • Perform basic cost analysis under guidance to support budgeting and cost optimization efforts. • Work closely with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align estimates with project requirements. • Support documentation and coordination throughout the tendering and project execution process. • Participate in site visits and inspections to gain a better understanding of project scope and systems. • Demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to team objectives. Job Requirements • You possess a degree or diploma in Building Services or a related field. • You have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in ACMV/MEP estimation or projects. • You demonstrate a strong understanding of or a deep interest in ACMV and building services systems. • You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and related office software. • You possess strong numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail. • You exhibit good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within the company.
