Technical Service Engineer (IFEC)

Responsibilities: • Monitor aircraft entertainment and connectivity systems to ensure optimal availability, operational reliability and service performance. • Investigate system failures, provide technical recommendations and coordinate timely rectification of recurring and critical defects. • Collaborate with maintenance providers to prioritise corrective and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimal operational disruptions. • Analyse system performance data, identify defect trends and implement improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce recurring failures. • Liaise with equipment manufacturers, technical service providers and maintenance teams to resolve complex technical issues and facilitate system recovery. • Oversee technical support activities, coordinate task assignments, manage critical service requirements and provide regular performance updates to management. Requirements: • Degree in Engineering • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in airline operations, aircraft maintenance or a related aviation environment. • Willing and able to work rotating shifts to support aircraft operational and maintenance schedules.
