Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Chemicals and Chemical Products • Position Title: Production Operations Executive (Chemical Plant) • Working Location: Tuas (company transport provided) • Working Hours: 5.5 days (M – F, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; (S, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (WFH))) • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Medical Benefits • Duration: Permanent Role • Key Responsibilities • Assist in production planning and scheduling, including coordinating daily production activities, work assignments and manpower deployment. • Support the maintenance, inspection and upkeep of production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. • Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure production activities are carried out in accordance with established safety procedures. • Identify and promptly report operational issues, equipment irregularities and safety concerns to management. • Provide recommendations and propose improvement plans to enhance production efficiency, workplace safety and operational performance. • Coordinate with relevant departments and team members to support smooth day-to-day plant operations. • Carry out job rotation training and other ad hoc duties as assigned. • APPLY NOW!!! • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related discipline. • Relevant working experience in a chemical plant, refinery or manufacturing environment will be an advantage. • Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to undergo job rotation training and develop practical operational knowledge, including hands-on experience at the production floor. • Able to adapt to shift work arrangements based on operational requirements. • A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
