Production Statistician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, EBR Review, GMP Documentation, Training Coordination) #HDC1

A pharmaceutical contract manufacturer is looking for a Production Statistician to support its production documentation and data reporting. You will keep records accurate, compliant and audit-ready. What You'll Be Doing • Review production documents such as completed electronic batch records and cleaning records • Compile production data and prepare statistics and reports • Manage department document control, filing and archiving • Coordinate employee training and qualification records • Check records for GMP compliance and flag discrepancies • Follow up with production teams to resolve documentation issues • Support audits with accurate documentation and data • Maintain trackers and dashboards for production metrics • Support production administration and scheduling • Participate in initial shift rotations to learn SOPs and processes What You'll Bring • Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Statistics or a related discipline and above • Experience in production administration, documentation or data analysis • Familiar with GMP documentation is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Meticulous with strong attention to detail • Good organisation and record-keeping skills • Able to work with production and quality teams • Quick learner and dependable What's In It For You • Office hours, Monday to Friday • Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing • Structured onboarding in SOPs Interested?
