Deputy Contracts Manager

• Basic up to $9,000 + AWS & Bonus • 5 days | Location: Joo Koon area (Walking distance from Joo Koon MRT) • A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with 33+ years of history, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. • Attractive welfare benefits - Comprehensive Packages (e.g: additional leave, birthday leave, eldercare leave, Executive Health Screening, etc) • Opportunities for career improvement and skill development Responsibilities: • Lead/manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration and review of procurement and contract management • Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders • Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly • Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim • Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim • Able to independently lead/manage large scale project • Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations • Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders • Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying / construction management / civil engineering/ building or related fields • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneur environment KINDLY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR RESUME: • Expected salary • Past projects involved - What types of building or constructions, name, etc • Notice period Encasa Asia Employment Services LLP EA Licence No: 13C6898 Email: Hr@encasaasia.com
