Inside Sales Coordinator (East Area)

Job Description • Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, telephone and email, and coordinate with relevant internal teams to understand and clarify customer requirements. • Prepare and issue accurate service, technical and spare parts quotations, including pricing, lead times and other relevant details. • Monitor and follow up on Purchase Orders, outstanding quotations and order fulfilment activities to ensure timely completion. • Coordinate closely with the Sales Engineering, Field Service and Internal Sales Coordination Teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. • Monitor spare parts availability and delivery schedules to support customer requirements, including urgent machine recovery needs. • Follow up on service reports, delivery order acknowledgements and other relevant sales and service documentation. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, delivery schedules and follow-up activities. • Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the Senior Sales Coordinator as required Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline. • Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. • Prior experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules and managing customer enquiries will be an advantage. • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
