Key responsibilities: Customer journey design and strategy (primary focus) • Design customer journey frameworks across the awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty stages for flagship events Development programs • Develop next best action and next best content strategies that personalize customer experiences at scale • Create customer-centric marketing strategies that match business objectives to customer needs at each funnel stage • Define journey progression metrics and success criteria with the CX analytics team • Build journey frameworks that can be reused and scaled across programs Cross-functional leadership and collaboration • Work with Journey Architects to confirm technical feasibility and successful AEP implementation • Work closely with the Technical Architecture & Analytics (TAA) and Analytics teams on data requirements and measurement frameworks • Coordinate campaign execution with the Channel Teams (Email, Paid Media, Search, Social Media, Site Merchandising) and Marketing Platform Operations (MPO) • Present journey strategies, frameworks, and results to stakeholders Strategic planning and optimization • Develop a shared foundations approach that makes customer journeys more efficient and consistent • Analyze journey performance and find optimization opportunities • Stay current on industry best practices in customer experience, personalization, and journey orchestration • Help shape IDC's customer-centric marketing approach Requirement: - Degree in any discipline with min. 6 years of Digital Marketing experience in a Technology / Cloud Industry - Strong in Data analytics, is Data Driven, able to support recommendation with relevant data - Able to read data and dashboard, and write reports with the analysis / research findings - Familiar with tools like Figma and Channel Activation and able to justify your channel recommendations with relevant data - Familair with AEP platforms; or well verse in Customer Experience related tools - Possess presentation, writing and communication skills What we offer: - 12 month contract with possibility to permanent conversion - Exposure & learning in top firm for Cloud Computing Industry - Raffles Place MRT location, with some flexibility in work arrangement - 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Interest applicants, pls email updated resume to jessie@recruitexpress.com.sg Jessie Hoe Huey Miin CEI Reg No. R1103861 EA Lic: 99C4599
