Drafter cum QS (A&A and ACMV) Job Description Take charge of complex A&A and ACMV projects as our new Drafter cum QS in Singapore. Job Requirements • You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • You must have proven experience in drafting and design, with strong proficiency in Sketch Up and V-Ray rendering. • You must have knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards. • You must have at least a minimum of relevant experience in managing design teams and coordinating with multiple disciplines. • You must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve design-related issues effectively. • You must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders. • You must demonstrate familiarity with quality control procedures and design documentation standards. • You must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
