Sales Engineer (Services, Chemical / Industrial Measurement Devices)- Up to $5.5K basic #HKH

Key Responsibilities * Develop and grow service revenue within an assigned customer base and territory. * Proactively contact customers through telephone calls, emails, customer visits and other sales activities. * Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, calibration, service agreements, equipment upgrades and other lifecycle services. * Generate quotations and follow up systematically to improve quotation conversion. * Expand existing service contracts while identifying opportunities to convert transactional customers into contract customers. * Develop new service opportunities from installed equipment base. * Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and solutions across relevant product portfolios. * Generate leads and cross leads * Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver agreed sales targets and monitor sales metrics. * Communicate the value of preventive maintenance, calibration and lifecycle services. * Work closely with Service Engineers, Product Sales team, Service Operations and Customer Support to ensure effective delivery of customer commitments. * Represent and participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer trainings, etc. * Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity information in CRM/SAP. Qualification Requirements • Min Diploma or Degree in any Engineering, preferably: • 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering. • Service sales or aftermarket sales.
