Visual Arts Educator (Inclusive Art Studio) Permanent Full-Time | Immediate Vacancy About ArtZillions ArtZillions is an inclusive art studio dedicated to nurturing creativity, confidence and artistic expression among individuals with diverse learning needs, including artists with special needs. We are looking for a passionate, proactive and creative individual to join our growing team in art education, workshop facilitation and business development. Key Responsibilities • Art Education: Conduct studio-based and/or school-based art lessons, including teaching artists with special needs. • Studio Workshops: Plan, organise and facilitate creative workshops, managing the entire process from customer acquisition and enquiries to bookings, delivery and follow-up. • Corporate Workshops: Identify potential clients, develop workshop opportunities, prepare proposals and secure corporate bookings. • Programme Development: Contribute creative ideas, develop engaging art activities and support new business opportunities. • Studio Operations: Coordinate materials, schedules, customer communications and daily studio activities. • Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents, caregivers, customers and corporate partners. Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong proficiency in acrylic painting and practical art techniques. • Passion for teaching and working with individuals with special needs. • Experience in art education, workshops or creative facilitation is advantageous. • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. • Confident in customer engagement, sales and business development. • Independent, responsible, resourceful and a collaborative team player. • Must be able to work on both Saturdays and Sundays.
