Service Engineer (Electronics/ Semicon)

Job Description: • In charge of providing after-sale service and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction. • Responsible for performing installation, retrofit & upgrade, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for electronics assembly and inspection equipment. • In charge of diagnose technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the fix. • Responsible for conducting on-site evaluation for electronics assembly and inspection equipment at customer sites. • Responsible in supporting sales in technical support and application of products.
