Contract Operations Officer (6 months) #ESS

Manage Inter-Company Order Fulfillment • Coordinating with inter-company on open orders and preemptively flagging issue • Tracked and manage open order backlogs and work with Sales & Customer Service team to achieve on-time delivery metrics. Provide Imports & Export Support • Prepare & maintain import / export paperwork’s in compliance with company / local / export regulations. • Managing inbound verification and outbound shipments with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider. • Proactively address and evaluate improvement to logistic/freight challenges. • Evaluate and provide recommendations in shipment consolidation solutions to optimize cost and efficiency.
