HR Executive, Compensation Team|Govt Hospital|5 Days Office Hours #HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to: Location: Novena Contract Period: Dec 2026 – Apr 2027 Key Responsibilities: • Support enhancements to the Performance Management module in the HR system, including executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking and closing UAT defects, updating user guides and preparing go-live communication materials • Support internal and external audit exercises, including data collation, verification and stakeholder coordination. • Perform HR data validation, reconciliation and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance. • Prepare and consolidate HR reports, audit submissions and union-related data requirements. • Work closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to gather information, monitor deliverables and support key HR initiatives. Job Requirements: • Minimum Degree in any discipline. • Prior experience in HR, data management or administrative functions with good interpersonal skills (EQ) ia an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables . • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
