⚕️Locum Healthcare Assistant (Special Needs) | $15/Hour | Hougang / Woodlands | 1–3 Months

Job Overview We are hiring Locum Activity Assistants to support daily programmes and activities at a disability care centre. If you enjoy engaging with people and have experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities , this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through daily activities, learning and social engagement. Key Responsibilities • Plan and conduct daily learning, recreational and engagement activities. • Facilitate group programmes such as arts and crafts, social activities and interactive sessions. • Support clients in developing daily living, communication and social skills. • Encourage participation and provide guidance during activities. • Monitor clients' behaviour, participation and progress. • Record and report behavioural observations, including ABC (Antecedent-Behaviour-Consequence) charts where required. • Maintain a safe, structured and supportive environment. • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of daily programmes. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements • Minimum Secondary School education (N-Level / O-Level or equivalent). • Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is mandatory. • Experience in conducting recreational, training or engagement activities is preferred. • Patient, caring and responsible, with good interpersonal skills. • Comfortable supporting individuals with special needs in a care environment. Working Arrangements • Locations: Hougang / Woodlands (candidates may indicate their preferred location). • Duration: 1–3 months (minimum 1-month commitment). • Hourly Rate: $15/hour. • Morning Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm. • Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm – 9:30pm. • Working Days: Preferably able to commit to 5 days per week, subject to roster arrangements. • Shift allocation and working days are subject to centre requirements. 📩 Apply NOW!
