Supply Chain Operations Executive (Industrial Solutions)

The Opportunity: Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the industrial supply chain and onsite logistics sector, supporting inventory and operational services across Singapore. We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Executive (Industrial Solutions) to oversee day-to-day onsite operations, inventory management, customer coordination, and operational support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy stakeholder interaction, operational coordination, and problem-solving within a customer-facing setting. • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time • Location: West Region (company transport provided) • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm • Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus The Job: • Coordinate daily onsite operational activities and inventory management • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning • Respond to customer enquiries, RFQs, and operational issues • Work closely with warehouse, operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery • Participate in customer meetings and support operational improvement initiatives • Maintain accurate operational records and KPI performance The Talent: • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related disciplines • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Able to work independently in a customer-facing environment • Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Next Steps: • Prepare your updated resume and apply via this application or send your resume in MS Word format to vanessa.lew@adecco.com .
