Temporary Student Recruitment Executive | $2,800–$3,300 | Immediate Start | Education 📍 Location: Near Aljunied MRT 📄 Contract Duration: Immediate start to end February 2027 💰 Salary: $2,800–$3,300/month 🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm Key Responsibilities • Support the implementation of marketing and student recruitment strategies for assigned markets to achieve enrolment targets. • Manage prospective student enquiries through email, phone, walk-ins, digital platforms and other recruitment channels. • Follow up with prospective students throughout the recruitment journey, from initial enquiry and offer through to enrolment. • Provide accurate information and advice on admission requirements and programme benefits to prospective students and agents. • Provide administrative, clerical and marketing support to the Recruitment and Partnerships team. • Receive and check application documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Prepare and maintain commission records and coordinate with Finance for timely commission processing. • Participate in student recruitment events and related activities. • Support the administration of institutional partners and maintain accurate partner records. • Maintain approved agent lists for assigned markets and ensure information is aligned with the website. • Update management reports on assigned market performance. • Monitor sales pipelines and prepare weekly lead and sales reports, analysis and recommendations. • Gather market intelligence to support recruitment planning and decision-making. 📩 Interested candidates, please send your updated CV to jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR Telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan | Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
