Manager, Operational Support Services (Facilities Management, Biomedical Engineering, Contract Management) #HDC1

A public healthcare institution is looking for a Manager to lead operational support services across its facilities and biomedical engineering. You will oversee contractors, budgets and development projects to keep clinical sites running safely and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing • Oversee facilities management operations by working closely with contractors and vendors in compliance with regulations • Plan budgets, manage outsourcing, tendering and contract awards • Create, monitor and deliver on KPIs for service providers • Ensure preventive, corrective and ad hoc maintenance works meet required standards • Lead the team in contract management matters • Manage preventive maintenance and repair of biomedical and physiotherapy equipment, including dental equipment • Manage the renewal of equipment licences • Lead facilities development and upgrading projects from start to finish • Manage project scope changes, risks and contingency plans • Prepare budget estimates, evaluation reports, progress reports and cost tracking, and run RFQ and RFP evaluations What You'll Bring • Degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline and above • At least 5 years of experience in building and facilities management • Experience in contract, tender and vendor management • Knowledge of biomedical engineering equipment is an advantage • Experience leading facilities or upgrading projects • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Good budgeting and financial management skills • Strong leadership and team management skills What's In It For You • Leadership role in a public healthcare setting • Exposure to large-scale facilities and development projects • Accessible central location near MRT Interested?
