Freelance Enrolled Nurse (EN) – Home Nursing About Nuravia Nursing Services Nuravia Nursing Services is a Singapore-registered home healthcare service provider committed to delivering compassionate, reliable and personalised nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are expanding our network of qualified Enrolled Nurses (EN) to support patients requiring home-based nursing care across Singapore. Job Responsibilities • Provide nursing care in accordance with established care plans, professional standards and appropriate Registered Nurse supervision. • Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, general condition and responses to care. • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting. • Provide wound dressing and basic wound care within professional scope and competency. • Assist with prescribed nursing procedures where trained, competent and authorised. • Provide nasogastric tube feeding and related care where appropriately trained and authorised. • Assist with urinary catheter care and other routine nursing support within professional scope. • Support elderly, bedridden and post-hospitalisation patients. • Assist with mobility, repositioning and pressure injury prevention. • Observe and promptly report changes or deterioration in patients’ conditions. • Maintain accurate nursing documentation and daily care records. • Provide patient and caregiver education within professional scope. • Follow infection prevention, patient safety and confidentiality procedures. • Communicate effectively with patients, families and supervising healthcare professionals. Job Requirements • Must be registered as an Enrolled Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). • Must possess a valid SNB Practising Certificate. • NITEC in Nursing or an equivalent qualification recognised by SNB. • At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred. • Experience in hospitals, nursing homes, community healthcare or home nursing is advantageous. • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification preferred. • Good nursing documentation and communication skills. • Compassionate, patient, responsible and reliable. • Able to work within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice with appropriate supervision and escalation arrangements. • Legally permitted to undertake independent freelance work in Singapore. Working Arrangements • Freelance / assignment-based engagement. • Various patient residences across Singapore. • Day and night assignments available. • Weekday, weekend and public holiday opportunities. • Short-term and ongoing assignments depending on patient requirements. • Flexible availability and assignment acceptance. • No guaranteed minimum assignments or working hours. • Engagement terms discussed privately with shortlisted applicants.
