Senior/ Staff Nurse (Office Hours/ Perm Day Shifts)

Responsibilities • Provide professional nursing care and support to clinical trial participants. • Conduct participant screening and trial-related nursing procedures. • Perform clinical trial activities according to approved protocols and procedures. • Ensure participant safety and report adverse events or other relevant findings appropriately. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, case report forms and electronic data. • Collect, verify and securely maintain participant and trial-related information. • Operate relevant medical and biomedical equipment safely and effectively. • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of clinical trial activities. • Maintain high standards of nursing practice, safety and quality throughout trial activities. • Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP), SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements. • Maintain strict confidentiality of participant information and clinical trial data. • Participate in emergency response activities and manage medical emergencies when required. • Take charge of assigned shifts and coordinate team activities when required. • Support the orientation, coaching and mentoring of new or junior staff. • Assist with training and act as a subject matter resource for assigned nursing procedures when required. Requirements • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent. • Registered Nurse with valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board. • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably with experience to perform cannulation and venipuncture / blood collection independently.
