*NEW* 1 year Contract Senior Executive (Legal) $10K to $11K #NJA

The Job: • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, tendersand other legal documents • Advise business stakeholders on legal, regulatory andcommercial risks • Manage customer complaints, disputes, pre-litigation mattersand tribunal/court proceedings • Partner with and manage external legal counsel whererequired • Support new business initiatives, regulatory matters and Board papers • Advise on compliance matters, audits and internal guidelines • Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice across the business Requirements: • Degree in Law（LLB/JD) from a recognised university • Admission to the Singapore Bar is essential • 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience in private practiceand/or as in-house counsel • Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiationexperience • Experience managing disputes and litigation-related matters • Sound knowledge of Singapore law Interestedapplicants can send their detailed resumes to janelui@recruitexpress.com.sg or call JANE @ 6735 1955.
