Logistics Specialist (AEROSPACE MNC/East) - up to $4.5k #HAO

Salary: up to $4500 Duration: 2 years contract Location: Seletar p/u Tamp PRis Bedok SK JE Bbatok Woodlands Semb Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday office hours Job Description: • Responsible for the processing of incoming receipts to ensure spare parts are properly stored, and outgoing shipments are properly packed for delivery to the consignees. • Responsible for maintaining accuracy of stocking, picking and packing of spare parts. • Perform cycle counts periodically to maintain inventory accuracy, minimize stock variances, ensuring all adjustments are confirmed and all stock transfer are matched and accounted for. • Maintain accurate and correct recording of IATA/ICAO UN or ID number in accordance with dangerous goods regulations to ensure shipment by air, land and sea carriers. • Coordinates with CSS and all functional areas within Supply Center to ensure accurate and expediting shipments to meet customers' specific requirements. • Has primary contacts with freight forwarders used by Bell Textron Asia and maintain working relationships to facilitate the smooth flow of spares shipment. • Accountable for daily processing of imports and exports to meet the requirements for accounts receivables for maintaining timely and accurate records. • Maintaining a qualified certificate for dangerous goods regulations issued by IATA/ICAO to support customers' requirements for movements of hazardous materials by air, land and sea carriers. • Accountable for maintaining an awareness of regular customers' specific requirements to support the customer with timely deliveries. • Maintaining warehouse in neat and tidy appearance to have ample space for efficient and productive movements to facilitate daily operations. • Provide training to temporary employees to establish responsibilities for the performance such as accurate picking and stocking of spare parts. • Accountable for releasing packing lists through the CO-OP system with full awareness of the details shown on the ship authorizations to ensure accurate shipping requirements, including correct serial numbers and valid cure dates. • Any other warehouse duties as assigned by the Logistics Lead/ Manager.
