About the client: It is a MNC company. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Agile software development initiatives, including direct experience working with Scrum teams. • Independently drive complex initiatives from conception through to production delivery. • Own and drive extensively in product ownership, with a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to effectively work with technical, business, and client-facing teams; familiarity with Cash and Trade products is advantageous. • Convey both technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. • Responsible to apply analytical methodologies to large-scale data, ensuring strict adherence to security and privacy standards when handling sensitive customer information. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or commercially focused qualifications are a plus. • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in banking as Product Owner with a strong focus on managing digital channels; experience in Fintech environments is highly desirable. • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management or channel onboarding, preferably within corporate or wholesale banking. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Good understanding of Agile methodology, practices, preparing requirements solutions Interested candidates, who wish to apply for the above position, please send in your resume to kellyitsg@persolapac.com We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
