Senior Buyer (Semiconductor/ East Region)

Responsibilities: • Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, RFQ/RFP management, and contract negotiations. • Negotiate pricing, specifications, quality, delivery, and commercial terms. • Manage procurement of consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and project materials. • Review material requests and maintain material and supplier records in the system. • Evaluate and onboard new suppliers with cross-functional stakeholders. • Plan material demand, forecast requirements, and manage inventory levels. • Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. • Resolve supplier quality, delivery, and supply-related issues. • Lead procurement activities for major projects and strategic supplier engagements. • Prepare management reports and drive supplier development and procurement improvements. • Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives and supply risk mitigation. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of procurement and planning experience, preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing. • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experienced in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation. • Confident in management presentations. ______________________________________________________ HOW TO APPLY : Interested candidates, please submit your resume by clicking on “Quick Apply” or contact win@hkmsvs.com for more details.
