Manager, Facilities Project Services (Infrastructure Projects, Feasibility Studies, Building Plans, Healthcare) #HDC1

A public healthcare institution is looking for a Manager to lead facilities projects across its campus. You will plan, cost and deliver infrastructure and development projects on time and within budget. What You'll Be Doing • Plan and conduct feasibility studies and infrastructure cost analyses • Prepare estimated budgets, project schedules and concept plans for new facilities • Manage development projects to ensure completion within time, cost and quality standards • Collate, update and administer building plans and architectural drawings • Provide design and project engineering support and technical advice • Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders • Plan and co-facilitate process improvement and infrastructure planning sessions • Manage off-site projects as required • Assist the department head with cost control and general administration • Review procedures and recommend improvements for the department What You'll Bring • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a building-related discipline and above • Project construction or building development experience • Familiar with project management tools and techniques • Strong cost estimation and scheduling skills • Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and report-writing skills • Proactive, organised and detail-oriented • Proficient in Microsoft Office What's In It For You • Office hours, Monday to Friday • Work on large healthcare infrastructure projects • Public healthcare environment Interested?
