Who You Work With Our team is entirely dedicated to assisting individuals in achieving their personal life aspirations. This represents an extensive mission. Consequently, our professionals deliver a similarly comprehensive suite of financial options. From branch to premier banking and everything in-between. That’s a lot to get your teeth into and many career paths to follow. Furthermore, you will execute these duties while gaining insights from top-tier specialists within an award-honored workplace. What You Do Operating as a Personal Wealth Manager, you will be stationed at one of our retail locations across Singapore, delivering integrated, centralized advisory and banking solutions to clients. Your key responsibilities include: • Delivering all-encompassing advisory services by actively marketing and distributing our entire catalog of compliance-approved wealth management instruments, encompassing personal coverage, investment assets, home financing, mutual funds, structured instruments, and alternative financial tools authenticated by management. • Collaborating with your Branch Manager to formulate monthly strategic blueprints aimed at hitting or surpassing performance quotas, driving new commercial revenue, and securing fresh consumer accounts. • Utilizing a needs-based advisory framework to analyze client financial positions, personal milestones, and risk tolerances in order to propose appropriate strategies. • Managing the onboarding process and delivering ongoing account maintenance for new and current patrons to secure top-tier satisfaction, verifying precise record-keeping, prompt communication, and strict alignment with internal mandates and legal frameworks. • Engaging and assisting patrons via digital consulting, managing walk-in traffic, and providing post-purchase care, which includes resolving client feedback, answering questions, and addressing day-to-day banking requests efficiently and expertly. • Working according to branch operating hours, and supporting roadshows, clients’ events, and attending customer appointments as required to meet business and customer engagement needs • Consistently cultivating and sustaining enduring customer alliances, maximizing client retention via routine portfolio evaluations and relevant economic commentary. You don’t need to know everything on Day 1 — that’s what training is for. What matters more is your attitude and willingness to learn. To accelerate your professional execution, you will participate in an organized onboarding curriculum during your initial six weeks on board. Following this phase, you will receive a minimum of five educational days annually to advance your professional trajectory and keep your competencies aligned with modern market shifts. As an accomplished professional in this role, you will have the flexibility to advance your career by choosing either our Corporate Management Path to eventually oversee a branch, or our Elite Sales Path to transition into a Senior Relationship Manager advising premium private accounts. Additionally, top-tier producers will receive invitations to international corporate retreats, exploring premium global destinations like Paris, Barcelona, London, and beyond. Who you are • Preferably has a Degree or a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant retail banking sales experience. • Fresh Degree or Diploma holders are also welcome to apply. • Results-oriented go-getter who works well under pressure. • Prepared to have flexible working hours that may include working on weekends. What we offer: Competitive base salary. A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle. Community initiatives. Industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities. Your wellbeing, growth and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers. By applying, you consent that the contents of your CV and job-seeking preferences will be processed for the purpose of job matching.
