Logistic Specialist (Aerospace) - $4500

Job Description • Manage the receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of spare parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counts and proper documentation of stock movements and adjustments. • Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders and customers to ensure smooth and timely import and export operations. • Process shipping documentation and packing lists through the CO-OP system, verifying shipment details, serial numbers and product expiry dates. • Maintain accurate records of daily import/export transactions and ensure compliance with operational requirements. • Monitor customers' specific shipping requirements and provide efficient logistics support. • Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment to support daily operations. • Train and guide temporary warehouse staff on proper inventory handling, picking and packing procedures. • Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the Logistics Lead/Manager. • Min Nitec qualification At least 4 years experience in aerospace logistics Interested candidates please forward resume in MS Word to royhuang@recruitexpress.com.sg Roy Huang Peijie CEI No: R1104471 EA License No. 99C4599 RCB No. 199601303W We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
