Warehouse Material Technician (GMP, SAP, Office Hours) #HCG

A global pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking for a Warehouse Material Technician to keep its GMP warehouse running smoothly. You will manage the full flow of materials, from receipt and storage to shipment, in a well-structured, safety-first environment with strong team support. What You'll Be Doing • Receive and issue raw materials, intermediates, finished goods and packaging materials in line with SOPs • Store materials in designated warehouse areas according to material type and hazard classification • Carry out loading and shipment for scheduled and ad-hoc dispatches, and prepare complete shipping documentation • Perform sampling and subdivision of incoming materials and materials for internal reprocessing • Record inbound, internal movement and outbound transactions accurately and promptly in SAP • Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and take corrective action to maintain inventory accuracy • Coordinate with the tank farm team on bulk solvent and raw material deliveries • Liaise with vendors and production teams on the proper dispatch of solid and liquid waste • Work with Engineering to keep material handling equipment and warehouse systems well maintained, including daily equipment checks and operator care • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by tracking performance metrics, resolving issues and escalating where needed • Maintain cGMP housekeeping standards across the main warehouse, drum store and sampling room • Ensure all records meet data integrity requirements and all EHS rules are followed, supporting a zero-incident culture What You'll Bring • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline and above • At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP / inventory system is an advantage • Familiarity with SOPs, cGMP and data integrity practices • Good understanding of workplace safety and EHS practices • Meticulous with records, documentation and stock accuracy • Team player who coordinates well with production, engineering and vendors on material movements • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Office What's In It For You • Office hours, Monday to Friday • Transport allowance • Exposure to a global pharmaceutical MNC with established GMP systems • Structured on-the-job training and clear SOPs • Good work-life balance Interested?
