Senior Officer, Client Due Diligence (Source of Wealth, Private Banking Support, Audit and Assurance Background) #HDC1

A leading private bank is looking for a Senior Officer to support its front office teams on client due diligence and source of wealth documentation. You will work within a central utility team that keeps client onboarding thorough and compliant. What You'll Be Doing • Support relationship teams with client due diligence and source of wealth documentation • Review client information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy • Perform checks and analysis on source of wealth and source of funds narratives • Prepare clear, well-structured summaries and files for review and approval • Liaise with client advisors and associates to obtain missing information • Ensure work meets regulatory, compliance and internal policy standards • Maintain accurate records and trackers for all cases • Meet turnaround times and quality standards consistently • Support audits and quality reviews with complete documentation • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements What You'll Bring • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline and above • At least 2 years of experience in audit, assurance or financial services • Experience auditing financial institutions is an advantage • Strong analytical, investigative and documentation skills • Sound judgement and ability to handle confidential information • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Meticulous, organised and committed to quality What's In It For You • Office hours, Monday to Friday • Exposure to private banking operations • Accessible central location near MRT Interested?
