Senior Executive, Staff Well-Being (Group Human Resources, Wellness Programmes, Engagement) #HDC1

A leading healthcare group is looking for a Senior Executive to support its staff well-being framework and strategy. You will help roll out well-being initiatives, coordinate cluster-level collective efforts and support communications and events. What You'll Be Doing • Support the implementation of the group well-being framework and strategy • Contribute to the design, delivery and review of staff engagement and well-being initiatives • Provide follow-up and implementation support to the cluster well-being collective • Coordinate across institutions and track agreed actions • Support the communication strategy to inform staff on the key domains of well-being • Plan and execute well-being events and campaigns • Track indicators such as pulse surveys and analyse results • Work with institution leads to improve staff well-being outcomes • Prepare reports, papers and presentation materials • Support other group-level well-being projects as assigned What You'll Bring • Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline and above • Experience in HR, staff engagement, wellness or programme coordination • Experience planning and executing events • Strong writing and presentation skills • Good data analysis ability and familiarity with surveys • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple teams • Meticulous with strong project coordination skills • Proactive team player What's In It For You • Meaningful work in staff well-being at group level • Exposure to multiple healthcare institutions • Accessible central location near MRT Interested?
