Job Description & Requirements Seeking for an experienced baker who’s able to manage the kitchen operation. Has a passion to train and mentor those who will be under him/her. Requirements • At least 3 years relevant experience • Secondary level above. Must have experience in Singapore's bakery shop working environment. • Independent, creative ideas and proactive as a team player. • Time management & early working hours. Responsibilities • Manage daily production of breads, cakes, and pastries to meet the target quantity and quality. • Ensure smooth operation & daily support are always consistent quality, compliance of all food safety standards in baking • Always maintain clean and safe environment.
