*New* Validation Engineer | [Manufacturing, East Region] - #HJZ

Job Responsibilities • Support the setup and start-up of five new manufacturing equipment lines. • Execute equipment qualification and validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Test Method Validation (TMV) and Operational Qualification (OQ). • Optimise manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. • Develop and execute validation protocols, experiments and tests; analyse results and prepare technical reports. • Troubleshoot manufacturing and compliance issues, including CAPA, non-conformances and audit observations. • Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials for production teams. • Coordinate project plans, timelines, technicians and relevant stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met. • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality teams. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science or a related scientific field. • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. • Strong hands-on experience in setting up new equipment lines and performing equipment validation is highly preferred. • Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
