• Good career exposure in healthcare sector • Good remuneration package • Accessible working location As a Business Planning, Senior Assistant Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties: • Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive growth and expansion of Diagnostics services. • Support public and private tenders by working with Finance and service leads on business proposals, costing and service delivery models. • Partner with Diagnostics service leads to establish and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure effective operations. • Monitor business, operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending corrective actions. • Lead or support strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by management. • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence. Requirements: • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with proven ability to lead projects and drive cross-functional outcomes.
