The Job: • Ensure claim enquiries andrequests received through emails are responded within the expected turnaroundtime • Where required, ensure callsto policyholders and distribution representatives relating to claim decisionsare promptly rendered. • Assist in call out todistribution representatives and / or policyholders, to provide basis ofdecision, for concluded claims where policy has to be voided due to materialnon disclosure • Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and general complaints receivedfrom emails • Manage complaints prior escalating higher level to Managers andhis/her immediate supervisors The Requirements: • Diploma Holder with at least 2 years experience in Insurance Industry, candidates with Professional Certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5, CHI, BCP, PGI) will be anadded advantage • 1 year of relevant workingexperience in complaint handling will be advantageous • Experience in insurance industry with claim knowledge would be advantageous Interested applicants can send their detailed resumes to janelui@recruitexpress.com.sg or call JANE @ 6735 1955.
