GENERAL MANAGER

PERMANENT JOBS! GENERAL MANAGER SINGAPOREANS/PRs ONLY ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and drive business growth within the dental industry . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall business operations, commercial strategy, sales performance, and team leadership while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the business. • Develop and execute business growth and market expansion plans. • Drive sales revenue, profitability, and operational excellence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, distributors, and industry stakeholders. • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the dental market. • Manage and coach cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies. • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business performance reports for management. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing, or a Related Discipline. • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in the dental, medical device, healthcare, or related industry. • Proven leadership experience with responsibility for commercial and operational functions. • Strong business development and stakeholder management skills. • Willing to travel to Malaysia for business setup • Experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Existing network within the dental industry would be an added advantage with experience in dental equipment, dental consumables, or dental solutions businesses.
