BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE / SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (DENTAL INDUSTRY) SINGAPOREANS/PRs ONLY ABOUTTHE ROLE We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate with experience in the dental industry to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and industry partners. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and manage relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare professionals. • Promote and sell dental products, equipment, consumables, or solutions. • Identify new business opportunities and generate new customer accounts. • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training where required. • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis. • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities. • Maintain excellent customer service and post-sales support. REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field. • Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience within the dental industry. • Knowledge of dental products, equipment, consumables, or clinic operations. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales targets. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused. • Possess a valid driving licence (advantageous).
