Planner (Operation) - Planning / Shipping Experience (5days/Woodland)

• Plastic moulding industry is advantaged • 5 days work week (Monday to Friday) • Location : Woodland Responsibility: • Responsible for coordinating production according to customer requirement • Check customer order to ensure that there is no error and sufficient lead time provided • Monitor/ expedite production to meet delivery requirements • Ensure proper delivery and product is received by customer in good order. • Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior • prepare delivery plan • Compute and chart company delivery performance for automative customers and raise CAR if 100% delivery is not achieved • Keep proper record of customer order and delivery to them • Liaise with customer for delivery changes • Keep customer informed of production status in the event of expected delivery delay due to invevitable condition. Requirement: • with min 2 years of relevant experience in delivery planning and shipping preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.
